rez-pkg-cache follows symlinks #2047
Description
rez-pkg-cache follows symlinks while copying the pkg and fails on cases where the target might not be accessible. It would be convenient if the symlink follow behaviour was configurable or just would default to not follow.
I see rez-cp has an option for this.
