Following up from the ORI Annual Review (#436), discuss strategy around project structure as the project looks to move from the Sandbox. In specific, should xStudio and OpenRV move into seperate projects, and ORI remain as group for alignment on interoperability and common interfaces, with initatives such as Video Encoding Guidelines remaining a part of ORI )
