CSV Annotation / Note Export Creates Corrupted JPG Files #167

Describe the bug
When exporting annotations as CSV, the accompanying .jpg files are corrupted and cannot be opened by any standard image viewer.
I've confirmed using a hex editor that the files begin with the correct JPEG header FF D8 FF E0, but the rest of the file data appears to be incomplete or malformed.
To Reproduce
After making annotations and notes export the CSV
File > Export > Notes as CSV ...
Expected behavior
JPG files for annotations to go along with the CSV
