we are waiting for the next LTS version (2411) which brings in many fixes and will integrate it. because otherwise there is no patch release for old LTS in crates.io and there are some known issue/fixes missing on published crates.io version

@xlc Bumping this, it would be very useful for Acala to have the DryRunApi (and the XcmPaymentApi as well). This would allow dapps to be able to figure out issues with cross-chain transfers to Acala before they actually go through and risk trapped assets
