1. tx hash is different from Ethereum origin.
2. call eth_gasPrice to fill gasPrice before send tx. It contains valid_until of the transaction
3. deploy contract need to call getEthResources to fill gasPrice and gasLimit. add getEthResources bodhi.js#261
