🐛 [BUG] - Memory Leakage with VSCode extension

Description

When I use the extension, my memory will slowly goes to 16G and VSCode then crashes. I believe there may be memory leakage.

Reproduction steps

When developing foundry project, the memory slowly goes from 5G to 16G and then VSCode crashes. I have to restart VSCode before the memory is full.

Can confirm on Mac os x. Python process leaks like crazy, I have seen 32G. Will be grateful for a fix.
