Regions with Flux?

I can't get regions to work with Flux models. I can get the very same setup to work fine with SDXL, following regions, but as soon as I switch to a Flux model, it only follows the root prompt, and ignores all the region/prompts. I've dumped the .json and looked at it in Comfy, and the workflow all looks fine, but it just isn't generating images that follow the regions/prompts. Is there a trick to getting regions to work with Flux? Or is Flux just inherently worse or incompatible at following regions?
