Purpose

Defines scope for files under src/doc/.

Responsibilities

  • Keep local implementation notes concise and accurate.
  • Link to canonical docs in doc/ and src/ when relevant.
  • Avoid duplicating generated artifacts or cache content.

Exclusions

Generated outputs, caches, and temporary files are out of scope for folder doc coverage policy.
