Gettings started. Postman instructions don't work

I'm trying to follow the "Getting Started" steps with docker-compose: https://activiti.gitbook.io/activiti-7-developers-guide/getting-started/getting-started-activiti-cloud/getting-started-docker-compose The bit about using Postman doesn't make sense.
"at the top right choose manage environment then use your own ip in current value tab.
Then use activiti as default environment" ... Was there supposed to be some pre-existing environment set up in the collection file? I see "idm" and "realm" variable references which are undefined.

In a nutshell, create a new environment, and add the variables gateway (your docker IP address), idm (same thing) and realm (activiti).
