The example SANDAG model maintained by the Consortium as of September 2025 lags SANDAG’s production version. Although pull request PR #34 integrates updates from SANDAG’s v15.2.1 production model, additional changes in SANDAG’s v15.3.1 have not been incorporated.

This task will align the example SANDAG model with SANDAG’s v15.3.1 production model. The CONSULTANT will update relevant aspects of the example model, including model specifications, input test data (as necessary), and test target data. Because the example model contains Sharrow-compatible specification changes that are not in the v15.3.1 production version, the CONSULTANT will manually review each specification to ensure that updates do not overwrite existing Sharrow features within the example model.
