[Bug] Infinite spinner in the end of BTC & DOGE tx list

Summary

When a user scrolls to the very bottom of BTC/DOGE tx list, spinner doesn't disappear.

Steps to reproduce

1. App v3.11.0 (20) from TestFlight (develop branch) — prod version doesn't have this bug
2. Log in test account
3. Open BTC/DOGE tx list
4. Scroll down until the end of the list
5. Spinner is shown infinitely, confusing user, like something is yet loading

Expected behavior

4. Scroll down until the end of the list
5. Spinner is not shown infinitely, meaning that it's the end of the list, no more tx

Actual behavior

4. Scroll down until the end of the list
5. Spinner is shown infinitely, confusing user, like something is yet loading
