[Bug] Wrong in-app Toast appearance and behavior

Summary

In-app toasts (not push, but in-app toasts) with new messages look and behave not appropriate

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive new message in chat one while being in chat two ⟶ Toast with new message appears
2. Turn on Airplane mode ⟶ "No internet connection" toast appears

Expected behavior

• Show ⌄ (expand button) only when the message is not fully shown ⟶ Swipe down ⟶ Enhances toast to see as much as 2/3 of device screen ⟶ Don't hide expanded toast automatically by timer (close only with swiping up)
• Swiping up hides any toast
• Tapping on toast ⟶ go to chat with that person
• Show toast for 4 seconds if not swiped by user

Actual behavior

Toasts:

• They include ⌄ (expand button) even for fully shown messages
• Swiping down doesn't expand not fully shown messages
• Swiping up doesn't hide toast
• Tapping on toast doesn't go to chat with that person
• They even look like "transparent" for the UX (tapping/swiping on them actually interact with underlying items)
• Sometimes toasts shows below 1 sec
