NDA for AIC (Governance & Financial Scope)

Purpose

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) applies only to governance discussions and financial information managed through Open Collective (OCE).
It does not apply to code contributions, repositories, or any open-source materials licensed under GPL-3.0 and Open MDW 2025.

Scope of Confidentiality

  1. Governance Discussions
    Internal deliberations, decisions, or strategic planning related to AIC governance that are not yet public must remain confidential.

  2. Financial Information
    Budgets, donations, expenses, and financial allocations within Open Collective are confidential unless officially published.

  3. Exclusions
    Code contributions, technical documentation, and open-source materials are excluded from this NDA and remain fully transparent.

Obligations

  • Contributors agree not to disclose, share, or publish confidential governance or financial information without explicit permission from the Founder Admin.
  • Any breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the contributor group and revocation of privileges.

Duration

This NDA remains in effect during the contributor’s involvement with AIC and for 12 months after departure.

Founder Authority

The Founder Admin retains sole discretion to:

  • Designate additional admins on OCE.
  • Determine which governance or financial information is classified as confidential.

Note: This NDA is intentionally narrow in scope to preserve the open-source spirit of AIC while protecting sensitive governance and financial matters.
