Architecture Overview - AIC-TransparencyDashboard

High-Level Design

AIC-TransparencyDashboard is a public, real-time, auditable interface that displays the health, governance, and ethical compliance of the entire AIC/HMN ecosystem.

Core Components

  • Backend: Audit log engine + ethical metrics collector
  • Frontend: Live dashboard UI (real-time updates)
  • Metrics Engine: Tracks zero-donation, third path adherence, and ethical kernel status
  • Public Audit Trail: Immutable, verifiable log of all major actions
  • Integration Layer: Pulls data from all AIC repositories and policies

Design Principles

  • Radical transparency by default
  • No hidden data or private endpoints
  • Real-time ethical compliance monitoring
  • Fully open source and auditable

Current Status (April 2026): Early architecture and prototype stage.
