DoH response not accepted

I'm using DoH on my iPhone by generating the profile and there is an app that send request and the response is like
HTTPS: api.xxx.com. 60 IN HTTPS 1 . alpn="h3,h3-29,h2" ipv4hint="104.21.xx.xxx,172.67.xx.xxx" ipv6hint="2606:4700:3030::6815:36a9,2808:4700:3032::ac33:7cae" (ttl=60)

The connection fails when such response is received and there is no internet connection. It works when it's on plain DNS though.
Any thoughts?
