Zero Idea on on Adguard Home

Now I am trying to set up Adguard Home.I did install it by Mac. I want to configure settings for the router (Linksys).
How do I configure the router?

At Setup Guide,AdGuard Home DNS server is listening on the following addresses.......etc
So where do I key these addresses which give to me?The attachments are Linksys router. You can guide me where I can put DNS server ip address.
