No Querys or Logs overall visible

Hello all. I've tried to install AdGuard many, many times now, The Installation works just fine, also Resolving works great. If i test it with Powershell (Resolve-DnsName siemens.com -Server 192.168.150.250) it works and i get the IP-Adress. Unfortunally, on the Web-GUI there's no Logs visible. Zero's over all.

Any idea whats the Problem? To inform you, Adguard Home runs on a Proxmoxhost, if this is important.
