How do I report a domain that was blocked and shouldnt be?

Today I discovered that a domain that is required to log into my spectrum account was being blocked by my Adguard Home setup. When it is blocked all attempts to sign in report an error message. It is being blocked under "Blocked by CNAME or IP" by the Peter Lowe's Blocklist. The domain is not in that block list.

I know how to unblock the domain for myself, but I just want to make sure that other people don't have to do all that troubleshooting like I did.

AGH also inspects DNS responses, not just the hostname you query.
Check your Query Log to confirm this.
You can also report false positives to the list maintainer.
