Possible to reference hostname in query log when client definition is CIDR block?

Hi,

I currently use Adguard Clients to define two ip blocks of devices, enabling different handling for each set. Example:

192.168.1.128/26 <-- "Group A"
192.168.1.192/26 <-- "Group B" 

In the query log, the device ip is listed with the description of the client e.g. 192.168.1.135 "Group A".

Is there a way (setting?) to enable the actual hostname to show up in the query log vs. client description? That would be extremely useful.

Other factors: yes, AGH is running both DHCP and DNS. It would be a convenience to have this in the query log, but would avoid having to go back to the DHCP pages to do my own reverse lookup :)
