Unable to use Groups with Clients

I am currently using AdGuard Home | Version: v0.107.67, but unfortunately, I am unable to view Groups and other options I think I should be seeing. I have modified the yaml file with the following, but not successful. Please assist me with getting groups implemented. Thank you.

Interesting, well is there a way to exempt individual clients?

My apologies. I am trying to exempt a client from AdGuard all together if need be.

Add the client as a Persistent Client in AGH and then untick/do not allow it to be part of any particular blocking features
