Action
Response time for dns servers that are displayed in the web ui doesn't reflect response time from ping, it increased than previous adguardhome release, my network doesn't connectivity issue.

Expected result
Response time should reflect ping response time.
Actual result
Response time doesn't reflect ping response time.
