If the browser's built-in (I don't know if it's an Opera/Vivaldi panel or an experimental one in Brave) function does not have a feature such as replace support, then perhaps such links will be better:

Unfortunately, there are two titles there and if the program chooses the last one, the CNAME section import needs to be corrected (I don't think they'll follow uBo's example of checking the only first 2048 characters for a valid title/homepage).

The second drawback may certainly be the day of the death of the Filter's lists generation strictly under Chromium MV2 with permanent delete support these URI-s - people from the "set and forget" group will generate network traffic and without a browser message about the deleted Filter list (if they don't associate lack filtering websites with that fact) they can burden the infrastructure until their browser or system closes (old add-ons maybe AdGuard will freeze with own json mechanism to reduce this traffic on your part).

Probably the number of bugs related to rule bad behaviour only in Vivaldi, Brave or Whale is so small that they do not have their own Filter list despite the add-on from Chrome Web Store instead Whale Store (for Whale only / This Korean add-on store may require a lot of caution if you don't want your Naver account to be permanent banned (e.g. a static IP for foreigners may be required)).
