Fix 'inject-css-in-shadow-dom' — scriptlet does not work if adoptedStyleSheets is overridden

In scriptlet, adoptedStyleSheets is used (if it's available) to inject stylesheet inside shadow dom.
It looks like that website also uses it and it overrides created stylesheet by scriptlet.
If I'm not wrong, there is no "native" way to observe changes in adoptedStyleSheets, so we could just add an option to inject style tag instead of adoptedStyleSheets (it's also used when adoptedStyleSheets is not supported).
Or override ShadowRoot.prototype,adoptedStyleSheets, for example:
