How to use Wikidata or Wikipedia as a knowledge base for Entity Linking

I want to run the EntityLinker.py code on sample text. But it looks like no Knowledge Base is provided with the default code. Any advice on how to implement known KB such as Wikipedia or Wikidata to the code?
