Inventory requests functionality

The inventory module should be expanded to include a function for requesting the borrowing/reservation of available items for a specific timespan.

This functionality should optionally be available for guests, members in general, or limited to specific groups and roles.

It should be accessible from within

• the events module
• the inventory module
