seccomp:unconfined not needed for Docker deployment #1939

Description

@TheAssassin

I was wondering why you would want to completely disable confinement of the container. It is not needed in any of my deployments, and also I do not see a reason why it would be required. Seems like it might have been a lazy solution to some different problem...

In general, it is a really bad idea to suggest this to new users as a default setting in README-Docker. Can you clarify please why you included it at all?
