Email not being shown at registration #1971

Describe the bug
Email address is not set to show during registration. The ability to change this field is disabled. Even after manually forcing the field to show in the database, editing the profile field for Email changes it back to not being shown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Click "Edit Profile Fields"
  3. Scroll down to "E-mail"
  4. See that the icon for "show during registration" is grey for Email
  5. Click on Edit icon for E-mail
  6. See that the control for "Field is displayed during registration" is disabled (grey and unchangeable)

Either email is ALWAYS shown during registration or the toggle to be able to display it should be enabled.
