User Profile Membership Roles (Current, Future and Past) are blank until fully loaded

Describe the bug
Using a virtual hosting service (iPage, networksolutions, etc.) with a slow load time (seen 30 seconds to minutes) can cause the roles to load slowly. Currently, there isn't an indicator that anything is happening (or failed).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the browser debug tools and look at Network
2. Open a members profile and click on the Role Memberships tab
3. In my instance, it can take 31-90 seconds to get them to all load
4. Sometimes the server will 503 and you wouldn't know without looking at the console

Expected behavior
I'd expect to see a loading indicator until complete and if there was an error, state that as well.

Screenshots
I'd expect to see this, but instead where the Loading role memerships... is, it's blank.

• Admidio-Version 4.0.9
• PHP 8.4
• Database MySQL (older version)
• Browser Chrome
• Browser-Version Latest

Includes loading and failed. Tested it out and it's working.
