Change history 404s Softaculous install

Describe the bug
Installed via Softaculous from cpanel. Go to admin interface and click on any of the "Change History" buttons and get a 404.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install via Softaculous via cpanel
2. Go to admin interface
3. Find a page with "Change history" and click it
4. 404

Expected behavior
Probably shouldn't 404
