Yes, there are similar issues, but not exactly. They had issue fixed by disabling intel_pstate driver, but my issue is occurring with it disabled.

Issue

I had high cpu usage, so disabled intel_pstate driver as suggested in troubleshooting guide. I had then acpi driver in use instead of this error. Recently when I checked, it started showing this error.

I tried to reinstall but it didn't work.
