LDME 7 Support

Driver is installed, however providers are not detected. The same machine (Lenovo Thinkpad T480 Intel graphics) with LDME 6 before upgrade was using 2 displays with Display Link station w/o issues...

Configuration as per displaylink-debian.sh --debug:
