VLT RCP exclude option not working

The exclude option when creating a VLT task doesn't work, able to start the task and see the status has ended but when looking at total nodes migrated it still shows 0 indicating migration from source to destination has failed.

Below is screenshot of task created with exclude option

When creating a task without exclude option migration between AEM environments works as expected.
