Cannot build branch `aem620`

Hi everyone,

I already opened an Adobe Partners support ticket for this issue. As described in that ticket, it appears that the branch aem620 cannot be built in its current state:

The dependency com.adobe.granite:com.adobe.granite.translation.api:1.1.34 appears missing. This poses a problem for us, since we want to port our existing AEM 6.5 plug-in back to 6.2, and without a working bootstrap branch we have no way to even get started.
