Add toggles for more unknown distribution of cards to players #35

Description

@AdoryVo

Essentially, lobby settings where players can disallow "counting cards" to know what their opponents have.

  • Toggle 1: Distributing cards from the deck completely randomly without depleting the deck during distribution. For instance with one deck, giving a card to a player has a 1/52 chance to be any card, for the entire distribution process, instead of 1/52 -> 1/51 -> 1/50, etc.
  • Toggle 2: Allow the game to start with a subset of the deck to the players' hands. For instance, with one deck, allow starting with less than 13 cards such that there are unknown cards still in the deck so you cannot know if other players have them or not.

Suggested by feedback form:

I feel you guys can add a feature where we can decide how many cards we can get in a round instead of rounding it up to the amount of decks, because when using one deck, it makes it look obvious on what each opponent exactly has, and I feel that can become unfair at some point, so main feature request is a feature that allows us to decide how many cards each player can get, and if we were to do 13 cards per player, we should get the option at the end to either reshuffle the whole deck and get a new set of cards whether its what you already have or not, or we can get the option to distribute the remaining cards.
