De-Licensed v2 Download & v3 Language Support

Hi, will there be an update to version 2, because I will be updating the server hardware, and planned to use version 2 for now, but the authentication server is not working?

also tell me if it is planned to add a language file in Russian in version 3?

Yes. I plan on releasing a delicensed v2 soon and v3 will have language support in the far future

This is the final version of v2. It has now been marked as deprecated however it still functions as normal. Please do not ask me to add stuff to it.
