Add backup service

The *arrs configurations and databases should be backed up externally in case of failure. Using rclone would probably be the most flexible option.

I have implemented a first backup for Tandoor, see here.

I created a new project based on Vaultwarden backup, that uses Rclone to backup a database and/or folders.

I was thinking to make a new, optional backup profile and trigger backups for the *arrs apps as well as Jellyfin.
