When hovering over chat messages, hover chat messages don’t show up

How to reproduce

1. Install AdvancedChat and ProtocolLib on a Spigot 1.21.5 server
2. Write a chat message
3. Hover over the message

I would like to, but paper 1.21.5 is not out yet, and probably for the same reason they are not done with this library yet as well. Once paper 1.21.5 is out I trust that this will be out as well. Nothing I can really do at this moment. Doubt it will take much longer, they seem to be actively working on it
