moss: allow removing a range of states

Currently you can only remove 1 state. It's not convenient when you have many  states to remove. 

I suggest to add ability to moss to remove range of states, something like this:

`moss state remove 45,46`

`moss state remove 45 46`

`moss state remove 45-46,48, 56, 60-65`

(all 3 are valid commands)
