Issue Description

sudo sh /usr/local/include/csf/post.d/docker.sh --flush

causes all iptables rules to be flushed , without actually changing the default action to ACCEPT, instantly losing SSH access requiring a server reboot to regain access

I'm going to add a flag for this. Some users would not want the iptables to automatically switch the chain over to ACCEPT automatically. Let me re-read the code as-is, and I'll see what the best course of action is without changing something nobody expects. Then I'll have a better idea of which route is going to be better for users.
