Description
We are having an issue with Affirm payment cartridge with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The issue is with scenarios where items are added to the cart in a new window and somehow the user refreshes or navigates back to that checked out page in their previous window or if an item is added to the cart and the user navigates back to that checked out page. In these cases, the transaction becomes void. I've contacted customer support multiple times about this over the last 2 months and have not heard anything. If you need a video, I can provide a video to you of this happening. I've also provided it to your customer support email - csm@affirm.com.
