I am not sure if this is an issue on my side but with a stock 13.2 FreeBSD (left all default options on install) + xorg + AgoraInstaller scripts the default “Linux parser” setting was ISO-8859-1 on my machine.
I noticed because mc in Terminal didn’t use special characters for borders . Changing it to UTF-8 fixed it.
In any case UTF-8 should definitely be the default setting not ISO-8859-1.
