It fails right now due to esm module. That's gone from Agoric SDK now but this is still on an older release,

• Remove remaining 'esm' module loader dependencies agoric-sdk#4788

It also needs a new better-sqlite3:

• bump better-sqlite3 to 10+ agoric-sdk#11272
