Bump version to 8.0.0-alpha-012-agrico-005
Adds UnionCaseAlignment and MatchArrowAlignment to the changelog. Both options ship in this version, gated by their own bool flags. See AgricoZA/Ops#2322 for the consumer-side bump. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

### Added

- `UnionCaseAlignment` configuration option for discriminated union type declarations. Within a group of consecutive cases (groups are separated by blank lines), the `of` keyword aligns under a shared column derived from the widest case identifier in the group. Cases without `of` (no payload) do not influence the alignment column. For multi-field cases that don't fit on a single line, the first field stays inline on the case-name line and subsequent fields wrap with their leading `*` aligned under the first character of the first field's name; falls back to the upstream `of`-on-its-own-line layout when any field would overflow `MaxLineLength` at that inline column. See AgricoZA/Ops#2322.

- `MatchArrowAlignment` configuration option for `match` and `function` expressions. Within a group of consecutive arms (groups are separated by blank lines, detected via source-range gaps), the `->` arrow aligns under a shared column derived from the widest pattern (and optional `when` clause) among arms whose body fits on the same line as the arrow. Arms whose body wraps to a continuation line keep their arrow at the natural position and do not influence the alignment column. See AgricoZA/Ops#2322.
