This license applies to the *data* produced and shared by this project — namely
the federated app-store calibration anchors (the `flow_anchors` / shared HF
dataset rows described in §8 of the PRD) and the project documentation. It does
NOT apply to the source code, which is licensed under the MIT License (see
LICENSE).

The federated dataset contains only public app-store facts (segment + rank +
observed download flow + install-bucket/metadata). It contains no personal
data, no app identity, no ad data, and no creator data (design principle P8).

You are free to:
  - Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  - Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose,
    even commercially.

Under the following terms:
  - Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the
    license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable
    manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your
    use.
  - No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological
    measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license
    permits.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability: the data is provided
"as-is". Estimates derived from it are modeled, not measured; the project
warrants nothing about accuracy.
