https://discord.com/developers/applications/:application_id/webhooks let's you setup a webhook url for incoming events.
The current supported events are:
- Application Authorized
- Entitlement Create
- Quest User Enrollment (even tho that's not public)
We could do it the same way like we did OAuth2Web
