When Vim mode is enabled, the application should remember this setting and reopen in Vim mode the next time the program is started.
Requirements:

Save the Vim mode state when the program is closed.

Restore Vim mode on startup if it was previously enabled.

Ensure this works across sessions and does not affect other settings.
