🔒 AirBorne Privacy, Telemetry & Data Governance Policy

🏛️ 1. Privacy Philosophy

At AirBorne, we design intelligence systems and HRMS platforms with Privacy by Design as a non-negotiable core standard. We believe software should operate transparently without stealth telemetry, secret user tracking, or unauthorized training on proprietary data.

📊 2. Telemetry & Analytics Principles

  1. Zero Silent Telemetry: Open-source libraries and algorithms (such as Airborne-Antara and Numpy-Transformer) contain zero telemetry, zero analytics tracking, and zero outbound network phoning.
  2. Local Execution by Default: All model training, inference, and memory consolidation happen strictly locally on your compute substrate.
  3. No Training on Customer Data: Enterprise HRMS systems do not utilize private employee records, salaries, or internal documents to train public shared models.

🛡️ 3. Data Protection & Compliance Guardrails

  • Cryptographic Encryption: AES-256 GCM encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit for all enterprise microservices.
  • Role-Based PII Scoping: Compliance with Level 1 through Level 6 zero-trust access control matrices (as specified in ACCESS_CONTROL.md).
  • Right to Erasure & Export: Comprehensive data export and complete cryptographic erasure support for all employee and organizational profiles.
