S3 Sink control of number of files

I am looking for configuring the number of files created by the S3 Sink connector. It seems that it creates new file every minute - but I am unable to find any configuration element related to this. aws.s3.part.size.bytes controls part size - but what controls when a new file has to be started ?

Update: it is offset.flush.interval.ms - just I was not observant enough.
