Azure Blob Source Connector

Hi,

I'm looking for azure blob backup restore solutions for my kafka topics.

I see the repo has a sink connector. Is a source connector on the roadmap? I'd be interested in following along if so.

If not, do you have recommendations or thoughts on how difficult it would be for me to make one myself, etc, or if any open source alternatives exist?

Hey @reidmeyer thank you for reaching out to us and getting involved, the Azure blob Source Connector is on the list of connectors we want to support, but I do not have a timeline for this at the moment.

I think that Apache Camel Connect have an Azure blob Source Connector at the moment, which might do the trick for you.

I will also update this issue when I have a timeline for when we will support it. As we do want to be able to offer a source to pair with the Sink we already offer.
