Move the build process to Dockerfile #612

What is currently missing?
Currently, there is no way to build from the source properly and many dependencies are broken, making the build impossible.
How could this be improved?
We should move the entire build process into a Dockerfile so that everyone can build from source easily.
Is this a feature you would work on yourself?
I tried to make the repo build on ubuntu:22.04 docker base image but I have been unsuccessful.
